At St John's, we have a wide range of activities and projects working with children and young people and transforming lives. This is at the heart of what we do. We hope you enjoy the video about our work below.
Safe Hangout for Children & Youth!
Weekly regular service for children and young people from Year 5 and above. The service is open to all children and young people from our church who lives nearby.
Open Access Club with games, music, and snacks. Great place to hang out after school, a safe and welcoming environment.

Activities
Our regular activities include Sunday School, Messy Church, monthly All-Age Worship, a Youth Choir and Youth Club – with many additional events like BBQs, picnics and trips. All our youth activities are led by a qualified youth worker and all staff and volunteers are appropriately trained.
Music is Fun
The St John’s Children Choir is a project designed for children and young adults in our parish and its environs. Young people engaged with the Youth Choir receive free weekly music tuition and sing in church at our All Age service on the first Sunday of every month. Our Youth Choir project offers excellent vocal and musical instrument training for children and young people.
The Youth Choir rehearsals occur on Saturday mornings; rehearsal time slots are from 10am to 2pm.
